Nestled into the forested hillside of the Northpoint housing development, a gated community, the house is just minutes from all that the valley has to offer, including some of the best skiing within easy driving distance from Washington, D.C.

The house is within the Monongahela National Forest, meaning there is great hiking and wildlife watching right outside the front door. The house is fully equiped and sleeps up to six adults in three full-sized bedrooms plus an "Eagle's Nest" loft.
